KUWAIT CITY, Jan 4: The Kuwaiti Show Jumping Equestrian League's third round, proudly sponsored by Zain Company, is set to commence today at 8:30 am at the Hunting and Equestrian Club in the Subhan area.

This exciting event features competitions at varying heights, starting at 90 cm and progressing to 135 cm today. Tomorrow's continuation on Saturday, beginning at 11:00 am, will include four rounds with heights ranging from 110 to the grand prize height of 140 cm. The top performers will be vying for a generous prize of 10,000 Dinar for first place in each category.

International Wisdom Nabila Al-Ali, Secretary of the Kuwait Equestrian Federation, emphasized the intense competition among both male and female riders in the third edition of the Kuwaiti Equestrian League. She highlighted the season's structure, consisting of 8 rounds, providing ample opportunities for participants to showcase their skills and vie for victory.

Expressing gratitude, Al-Ali extended thanks to the government and private sectors for their unwavering support of equestrian sports. She acknowledged the significant impact this support has on inspiring passion among male and female riders, encouraging families to attend and cheer for their favorites in local competitions.

In the current standings, Kuwait Club's Ali Al-Kharafi shares the lead with Abrar Al-Musallam from the Hunting and Equestrian Club, both accumulating 45 points. Abdul Rahman Al-Fuzai’ follows closely with 35 points, and Ghazi Al-Jariwi holds 28 points. Kuwait Club dominates the club standings with 217 points, leading ahead of the Shooting Club (116 points), Subhan Club (112 points), and Hawally Club (100 points). The league promises continued excitement and competition as riders vie for top honors in the coming rounds.
