KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: An unidentified Kuwaiti is said to have surrendered to police after shooting to death his sister with a gun, reports Al-Rai daily. Without giving more details of the incident, the security sources said the incident happened in the suburb of Mubarak Al-Kabeer
