TOKYO, July 24: Kuwaiti rower Abdulrahman Al-Fadhel finished fourth in the repechage of the Men’s Single Sculls on Saturday with a time of 9:04.73, moving into Sunday’s E/F semifinals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Zimbabwe’s Peter Purcell-Gilpin won the Repechage 3 at the Sea Forest Waterway in Tokyo. , (KUNA)
