Honoring the Kuwaiti Red Crescent photographer, Adnan Al-Nouh, for winning the second place as the best photograph in Doha.

KUWAIT CITY, June 6: The Arab Red Crescent and the Red Cross Organization (ARCO) announced in its 47th session in the Qatari capital of Doha on Tuesday that the photographer of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Adnan Al-Nouh won second place for best picture in the organization’s photography award. In a telephone conversation with KUNA, on the sidelines of honoring the winners, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department at KRCS Khaled Al-Zaid showed happiness for Al-Nouh winning best picture that expresses humanitarianism.
