Kuwaiti Olympic team commences training in Doha

DOHA Oct 12: The Kuwaiti Olympic team embarked on their first training session in Doha, gearing up for a friendly match against Qatar.
Under the guidance of Portuguese coach Emilio Peixe, the training of “Al-Azraq” began on the sub-field of Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. Coach Peixe has handpicked 24 players to participate in the friendly match against Qatar.
This encounter is a vital part of the team’s preparation program for the Asian Cup finals, set to be hosted in the Qatari capital, Doha, in April of the following year.
