Kuwaiti Nationality Withdrawn Over Dual Citizenship, Fraud, and Major Offenses

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: The Supreme Committee for the Verification of Kuwaiti Nationality convened today, Thursday, 20 November 2025, under the chairmanship of His Excellency the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, who also serves as Chairman of the Committee.

During the meeting, the Committee decided to revoke and withdraw Kuwaiti nationality in several cases, in preparation for submission to the Cabinet. The cases included:

Revocation of Kuwaiti nationality certificates due to dual citizenship.
Withdrawal of Kuwaiti nationality certificates due to fraud or false statements (forgery).
Withdrawal of Kuwaiti nationality in cases of major offenses.
