Forced sex claim rejected: The Public Prosecution has released two businessmen, one on 100 dinars bail and the other without bail, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the men spent several days in detention until the investigations were completed following a complaint filed by an actress who accused them of forcing her to have sex with them in a villa. A source said the complaint was filed about ten days ago when the complainant, who has recently become a ‘fashionista’ claimed she was forced into sex by the defendants inside a villa, a charge denied by the two businessmen. Lawyer Ibtisam Al-Enezi, said her client was released without bail because he did not violate any law. She explained the complaint is a result of the differences between the complainant and the accused. Al-Enezi said that the CCTV cameras in the villa have revealed the details of the incident. The intention of the complainant was to retaliate against the accused after the disagreement with them.
