KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26: A horrific crime shocked Al-Firdous after the body of a citizen was discovered, having been run over several times.
According to a security source, the operations room received an emergency call reporting the presence of a dead body in the area. Security forces and investigators rushed to the scene, where they confirmed that the victim had been deliberately run over.
Shortly afterward, a Gulf national arrived at a local police station and surrendered himself, admitting that he had intentionally driven his vehicle over the victim following a personal dispute.
The Public Prosecution was immediately notified and ordered the body to be referred to the Department of Forensic Medicine for examination, while the suspect was placed in custody pending investigation.
