KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: According to the investigations it was revealed that Jullebee Ranara, a Filipino female whose body was found in Salmi area had been subjected to sexual intercourse and later murdered, reports Al Rai. Legal measures were taken against the Kuwaiti juvenile as the investigation procedures were completed.
On Saturday morning a burnt body of a Jullebee Ranara (35 yrs) was found on Al- Salmi Road, whose skull had been smashed, the criminal security sector men at the Ministry of Interior managed to arrest the accused within 24 hrs, who turned out to be a Kuwaiti citizen (17 yrs) according to MOI twitter.
