KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: A corporal working for the General Traffic Department (GTD) has filed a complaint with the police accusing an unidentified Kuwaiti motorist of insulting him for issuing a citation, reports Al-Rai daily. The officer told police he ordered the man to pull over for violating the traffic law and issued him a citation. However, the suspect disputed the charge against him and insulted the officer and drove off.
