KUWAIT CITY, April 22: An elderly Kuwaiti citizen and an Asian expatriate were arrested for starting a public brawl in the parking area of Jahra Cooperative Society. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the quarrel, securitymen rushed to the location and settled the quarrel.When questioned, it was discovered that the right to park was the cause of the quarrel. They were referred to the police station of the area for necessary legal action.
