Kuwaiti coaches Hussein Habib and Hussein Habib celebrate their IHF A-License achievement.

TOKYO, July 20: Kuwaiti handball coaches Hussein Habib of Al Arabi and Hussein Habib of Al Sulaibikhat have made history after successfully obtaining the IHF A-License, the top coaching qualification awarded by the International Handball Federation, during a specialised course in Tokyo, Japan.

The accomplishment represents a major milestone for Kuwaiti handball, reflecting the dedication of national coaches to improving their expertise and keeping pace with the highest international coaching standards.

The two coaches became the first handball coaches from Kuwait and the Gulf region to earn the IHF A-License. This landmark achievement highlights the growing capabilities of local technical talent and their ambition to develop the game at both domestic and continental levels.

The qualification is expected to open new opportunities for Kuwaiti coaches to lead clubs and national teams while contributing to the continued growth of handball through advanced technical knowledge and modern training methods.
