Kuwaiti beats up his friend over cash

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 7: Police have summoned for interrogation an unidentified Kuwaiti for beating his compatriot friend, reports Al-Rai daily. This happened when the complainant bought a motorcycle from the suspect and paid part payment and the rest of the money was to be paid after one month according to an agreement between them.

The men then went to the traffic department and the transfer procedures were completed and the bike was sold. However, the complainant told police he was shocked when the bike seller insisted to receive the full payment after just a few days and when the victim reminded him of the contract between them, the suspect allegedly got angry and assaulted him.
