KUWAIT CITY, May 11: The Ministry of Interior has made significant strides in capturing lawbreakers. Ten expats of various nationalities were arrested on charges of promoting prostitution in the Mahboula region. They were found in possession of suspected intoxicating substances, and legal action is being taken against them by the appropriate authorities.
