KUWAIT CITY, Jan 12: A large group of artistes from Kuwait, the Gulf and the Arab world, mourned the passing away of the late Omani Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed, and offered their condolences to the Omani people on their social networking sites, especially “Twitter and Instagram”, under the tag “Qaboos bin Saeed”, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The great artist Abdullah Al- Ruwaished published the image of His Majesty the late Sultan Qaboos in black and white on “Instagram” with the comment: “My condolences and sincere sympathy to the Omani people … and may God have mercy on Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed. On his Instagram account Nabil Shuail posted comforting words, “My sincere condolences to the brotherly Omani people on the death of Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed … Indeed, to God we belong and to God we shall return.
