KUWAIT CITY, May 13: A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in Mahboula, in possession of 78 kilos of hashish and 5,000 Captagon pills he had smuggled from Iraq with the intention of trafficking. He has been referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
