KUWAIT CITY, Aug 24: The Ministry of Interior in its continuous effort against war on drugs arrested a Kuwaiti citizen and an expat with quarter kg of meth (Shabu), a pistol without a license and bullets. They have be referred to the competent authority to take legal action.
