KUWAIT CITY, July 6: Security authorities are investigating a report filed by a citizen who claimed he was kidnapped and assaulted by four individuals in Al-Qasr. According to a security source, the complainant submitted a medical report issued by Jahra Hospital documenting his injuries. The Public Prosecutor ordered further investigations, and a case has been registered to determine the circumstances of the incident
