Kuwaiti woman and her brother beats up Teacher from Farwaniya high school

KUWAIT CITY, March 30:  Police have arrested a Kuwaiti woman and her brother for assaulting a teacher of a Farwaniya high school, reports Al-Shahed daily. A police source said this happened when the woman with her brother went to the school to inquire why her son was punished. When the mother was told that her son had humiliated a teacher, she requested to see the teacher. The mother then argued with the teacher, while the brother held his hands behind his back and the mother punched him in the nose and hit him with shoes which caused injury to his nose. The mother and her brother have been referred to authorities.

Girl rescued: A Kuwaiti girl who was trapped inside a car after a traffic accident on Ta’awon Street was referred to Mubarak Hospital amid serious injury, says Al-Seyassah. The Operations Room of the Interior Ministry dispatched a rescue team to the scene after receiving report about the incident, and firemen managed to cut the vehicle to remove her. She was referred for treatment. Meanwhile, two Asians suffered various degrees of injuries in a two vehicle collision on Salmi Motorway. Paramedics referred them to Jahra Hospital for treatment.

Pakistani robbed: A Pakistani man lodged a complaint against a person who physically assaulted him and stole his wallet containing KD 600, says Al-Seyassah. The man said the suspect forced him to stop by throwing stones at his vehicle while he was driving in Qasser area, and assaulted him before stealing the sum. A case was registered
