The Kuwaiti drag race team display the national flag while celebrating their victories.
Kuwait won 14 cups at Qatar’s Drag Race’s rounds two and three. In the “Super Street” category, Talal Bin Eidan managed to secure championship title of the season, while Abdullah Khadadah came second and Mohammad Sulaiman third. Salem Al-Tamimi won the 4.50 Index category and the championship, his compatriot Jaber Al-Maghrabi came second in this category, while Nasser Al-Shatti came third.Moreover, in the motorbikes “Super Street Bike” competition, Mesfer Al-Mesfer won this race cup and the championship of the season, and in the “Street Bike” category, Mohammad Baddah came first, while Bader Bin Eidan came second and the championship title of the season, and Khaled Al-Fozan came third. In the “Pro Bike” category, Meshal Al-Sabr won the race and the championship of the season award, Mohammad Al-Awwad came second, while Mohammad Bu Rashed came third.Basel Salem Al Sabah Motor Racing Club General Manager, Seif Awadh Al-Mutairi told KUNA, that being well prepared made the difference for the Kuwaiti team, in addition of the Kuwaiti racers high motivation to raise Kuwait’s flag in the international events.Al-Mutairi hailed the Kuwaiti racers for their achievements in the competitions. He thanked Qatar on the efforts that had a great impact on participants and on the whole competition in general.Al-Mutairi also thanked the Public Authority for Sport (PAS) board, Director General of PAS Sheikh Ahmad Al-Mansour Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and his deputy Dr. Hamoud Fleitah, for their support.
