Kuwait Warns Food Establishments Against Hiring Workers Without Health Clearance

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 30: Public Authority for Food and Nutrition has issued an advisory reminding food establishments that employing workers without completing mandatory health procedures constitutes a violation of regulations.

The authority stressed that workers must undergo medical examinations, receive final test results, and obtain an official health certificate before being allowed to work in any food-related facility.

PAFNK warned that failure to comply with these requirements could result in penalties, urging businesses to ensure all health protocols are strictly followed to safeguard public safety.
