KUWAIT CITY, March 11: The Kuwait Ministry of Interior has issued a public advisory urging expats to secure their home CCTV systems against potential cyber threats. The ministry recommended regularly changing default passwords and using complex combinations of symbols and numbers, connecting cameras to secure home internet networks, and disabling the “remote access” feature if not required. Expats are also advised to monitor login activity and purchase cameras from reputable and trusted manufacturers to ensure robust security.
