KUWAIT CITY, Aug 2: As part of the Practical Education Center’s efforts, within the College of Education at Kuwait University, to advance digitization and electronic transformation, and in line with the college and university’s vision to digitally develop institutional work systems and apply standards of institutional governance and sustainability, the Practical Education Center has launched the digital transformation of its field training system.
This qualitative shift has seen all forms and reports related to every party involved in the training process — the internal supervisor (department head), the external supervisor (regional educational advisor), the school principal, and the trainee student — uploaded to the Practical Education Center’s page on the college website, achieving the intended sustainability.
This transformation was carried out under the follow-up of Acting Dean of the College of Education Prof. Dr. Suad Abdulaziz Al-Fraih, and the direct supervision of Acting Director of the Practical Education Center Dr. Sultan Mohammed Al-Sahli, with the participation of a working team comprising Mr. Jarah Mutlaq Al-Qazzaz (Practical Education Center) and the college’s digital transformation team, made up of Ms. Hanan Al-Azmi, Ms. Hessa Al-Jamaz, and Ms. Sarah Al-Rubaie.
Dr. Sultan Al-Sahli affirmed that this transformation represents a new shift in the center’s working mechanism, contributing to raising institutional performance efficiency and cutting down many procedures for all parties involved in field training, making the process easier for everyone.
On this occasion, the Dean of the College of Education and the Director of the Practical Education Center honored the working team in recognition of their efforts in completing this project.
