Kuwait University suspends classes and exams

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 28: Kuwait University announced the cancellation of classes and examinations scheduled for Saturday in all its colleges. The university stated that the decision was taken in light of the current situation in the country and its national responsibility and commitment to ensure the safety of all members of its community.

It affirmed that it is closely and continuously monitoring developments in coordination with the relevant authorities in the country and will announce any additional measures through its official channels in due course. The university administration stressed that the safety and well-being of students, faculty members, staff and administrative personnel remain its highest priority, indicating that it spares no effort in implementing the necessary measures to ensure their security and welfare.
