KUWAIT CITY, Aug 15: Kuwait’s traffic patrols have once again demonstrated their commitment to assisting motorists, quickly responding to a roadside vehicle breakdown and preventing a potentially serious fire.

During a routine patrol, a rescue team spotted a vehicle that had stopped due to a mechanical breakdown. The officers pulled over to check on the driver and immediately contacted a tow truck to transport the disabled vehicle.

Minutes later, smoke suddenly began rising from the vehicle, prompting the rescue team to act swiftly. Using a fire extinguisher carried in the patrol vehicle, the team managed to control the situation before the smoke developed into a full-blown fire.

The incident highlights the vital role of traffic and rescue personnel, who not only monitor road safety but also intervene whenever motorists require assistance.

The quick response helped protect the driver and prevent the situation from escalating, reflecting the importance of having trained rescue personnel equipped to deal with emergencies on Kuwait’s roads.
