KUWAIT CITY, Jan 7: The Kuwait Meteorological Department says Monday and Tuesday there will be light to medium rain, sometimes heavy in some areas on Monday morning and continuing until Tuesday evening, reports Al-Rai daily. The Met weather forecast observer, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, said the country will be affected by the progression of an air depression that will be associated with a cold air front from the southwest of the country, as low and medium clouds multiply interspersed with thunderstorms accompanied by light to medium rain, sometimes heavy in some areas.
Al-Qarawi added that the wind speed will reach more than 50 kilometers per hour, with a decrease in horizontal visibility and the weather will gradually improve with an opportunity for fog formation in some areas.
