Cold weather and rain forecast for Kuwait this week.
KUWAIT CITY, Apr 9: The Kuwait Meteorological Department has forecast changing weather conditions over the coming days, including scattered light rain on Thursday and a higher chance of moderate to occasionally thundery showers on Friday and Saturday.
Acting director Dharar Al-Ali said Thursday’s weather will be warm with partly cloudy to cloudy skies during the day, turning cool to mild at night with a chance of light scattered rain.
He added that Friday is expected to remain warm and mostly cloudy, with increasing chances of scattered rain that may become thundery at times, particularly later in the day and overnight. Fog formation is also possible in some areas during the evening.
On Saturday, similar conditions are expected, with warm daytime weather and scattered rain that could again turn thundery, while night-time conditions will be cooler with variable cloud cover and possible fog.
Authorities advised residents to remain alert to changing weather conditions, especially during periods of reduced visibility due to fog or rainfall.
