Kuwait to close section of Riyadh Street for three days starting Friday

KUWAIT CITY, July 9: Kuwait's General Directorate of Traffic has announced the temporary closure of a section of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road (Riyadh Street) heading toward the Kifan area from dawn on Friday, July 10, until Sunday, July 12.

The closure will affect the stretch beginning at the exit from the Second Ring Road leading onto Riyadh Street toward Kuwait International Airport and continuing up to Abdullah Ali Al-Mutawa Street (Third Ring Road).

During the closure, traffic will be diverted via the Second Ring Road, the department said, urging motorists to follow directional signs and traffic instructions and to plan alternative routes to avoid delays.
