KUWAIT CITY, July 27: Kuwait's Foreign Ministry on Thursday voiced the country's emphatic condemnation and denunciation of the storming, by the national security minister of Israeli occupation and a group of settlers, of Al-Aqsa Mosque. The ministry, in a press release, termed this as a fresh provocative act and continuous breach of international humanitarian law and international charters.

It reiterated Kuwait's utter opposition to the continuation of these escalatory policies, illegal practices and recurrent violations that provoke the sentiments of millions of Muslims across the world.

It reaffirmed Kuwait's unwavering position supporting the swift intervention of the international community and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) by shouldering responsibilities by ceasing these blatant breaches and respecting Muslim sanctuaries and as well as providing the required international protection for the Palestinian people.
