KUWAIT CITY, Jan 31: The Ministry of Interior announced a test run of the siren system at 12:00 pm on Sunday. The test was originally scheduled for 10:00 am on the same day. The ministry explained that the postponement was due to the flag-raising ceremony, and the siren test will take place immediately afterward. It confirmed that the 10:00 am time slot remains reserved for the test run
