KUWAIT CITY, Jan 22: The Kuwaiti shooting team ranked fourth in the trap category, for men and women, in the shooting world cup competitions in the Moroccan city of Salé. 360 male and female shooters from 45 countries are participating in the tournament.
The Kuwaiti team, consisting of shooters Khaled Al-Mudhaf, Nasser Al-Muqalled and Sarah Al-Hawal, competed. Al-Hawal witnessed the Portuguese team in the final match to determine the positions, as the latter won by only two points over its Kuwaiti counterpart.
The Kuwaiti national team is scheduled to compete on Monday in the final competitions on the last day of the World Cup in the trap category at the level of men’s teams, as it has great chances to achieve positive results.
It is noteworthy that the Shooting World Cup competitions are organized by the International Shooting Federation in partnership with the Royal Moroccan Federation for the game. The most skilled shooters in the world are participating in the tournament.
