Officials of the Kuwait Shooting Club organized a special ceremony to honor Sheikh Fahad Al-Nasser.

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 21: Under the patronage of Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah, President of the Asian Shooting Confederation, the Kuwait Shooting Club organized a special ceremony honoring Sheikh Fahad Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, President of the Kuwait Olympic Committee, following his appointment as Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia for West Asia.

The event was held at the club’s headquarters and was attended by several members of the Al-Sabah family, along with board members of the Kuwait Shooting Club.

During the ceremony, the club’s chairman and board members congratulated Sheikh Fahad Al-Nasser, stressing that he is well-qualified for this prominent sporting role. They described the appointment as a proud milestone for Kuwait, expressing confidence that he will play an influential part, alongside fellow OCA members, in advancing sports across Asia and strengthening the continent’s presence in regional and international competitions across various disciplines.
