Kuwait Sets KD 100 Fee for Replacement of Lost Passport

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: Kuwait has set a fee of KD 100 for issuing a replacement for a lost Kuwaiti passport, according to a decision published in the official gazette, Kuwait Alyoum, on Sunday.

The decision amends Clause 3 of Article 2 of Ministerial Resolution No. 1971/20 concerning fees for transactions handled by the General Directorate of Nationality and Kuwaiti Travel Documents.

Article 2 of the decision states that the Undersecretary of the Ministry shall implement the decision, which takes effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
