Kuwait seen as jump pad for Qatar World Cup fans

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: According to an integrated government plan that has been prepared, Kuwait will be a transit station for fans who intend to attend the World Cup matches in Qatar, which kicks off on November 20.
