Kuwait SC crowned champions of 2020-21 Track, Field Season

KUWAIT CITY, May 24: Kuwait Sports Club (SC) crowned the champions of 2020-21 track and field season earlier during the closing ceremony organized by KSC’s administration and held at the Special Forces (MOI) Stadium. Coming in first place at the recent three days long tournament, KSC placing in first with 186 points followed in second by Qadsia with 173.5 putting Al-Sahel in third place with 102. Sayer Al-Enzi, the Federation’s President, told KUNA that the tournament showed great prospects for the sports congratulating the podium holders for their victories, and is attentively looking forward to witness Bader Al-Suwayed participation in the Jr. Worlds to be held at Nairobi, Kenya in August. He also added how these types of tournaments are giving a chance for those athletics to present their abilities to better represent the sport. Al-Suwayed was also pleased expressing to KUNA with great gratitude for crossing the finish line of the 800m race in 1.49.71 minutes. (KUNA)
