Kuwait Revokes Citizenship of 20 Individuals Under Nationality Law

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 22: Kuwait Alyoum, the country's official gazette, has published Decision No. (12/66) of 2026 issued by the Supreme Committee for the Verification of Kuwaiti Nationality, confirming the loss of Kuwaiti nationality for 20 individuals.

The decision states that the individuals lost their Kuwaiti citizenship in accordance with Article 11 of Nationality Law No. 15 of 1959.

The publication of the decision in the official gazette formalizes the committee's ruling as part of Kuwait's ongoing review and verification of citizenship records.
