Kuwait revokes the citizenship of 17 individuals through two official decrees.
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: The Supreme Committee for the Investigation of Kuwaiti Nationality has issued two decisions revoking the citizenship of 17 individuals, according to an official announcement published Monday in the appendix of the Official Gazette, Kuwait Al-Yawm.
The committee's actions are based on Articles 10 and 11 of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959, which govern the Kuwaiti Nationality Law and its subsequent amendments. The decisions reflect ongoing enforcement measures concerning the status of nationality under Kuwaiti law.
