KUWAIT CITY, Mar 10: Kuwait's Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Abdulwahab Ahmed Al‑Wuhaib, conducted an inspection tour of several mosques on Monday, March 9, 2026, to review security preparations and field readiness to safeguard places of worship. Accompanied by Brigadier Abdullah Ahmed Al‑Ateeqi, head of the Traffic and Operations Sector, he reviewed the security and traffic plans in place, including the deployment of forces and the intensification of fixed and mobile patrols around mosques. Al-Wuhaib stressed the need for vigilance and urged cooperation with security personnel to ensure the smooth movement of worshippers and maintain public safety, while praising officers for their dedication during the holy month of Ramadan.
