Kuwait resumes training for Uganda clash in Cairo

CAIRO, Jan 14: The Kuwait returned to training in Cairo in preparation for their upcoming friendly match against the Uganda on Friday.

After their first friendly match against the Libyan national team, which concluded with a 3-1 victory for the latter, Kuwait is gearing up for the upcoming challenge.

Abdullah Al-Shaheen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Football Association, hosted a luncheon for the Kuwaiti national team delegation at Dar Abdullah in Cairo on Saturday. The event was attended by notable figures, including the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Egypt, Ghanem Saqr Al-Ghanem, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwaiti Federation for Technical Affairs, Hayef Al-Mutairi, Member of the Board of Directors of the Federation, Abdulaziz Al-Samhan, Minister Plenipotentiary Meshari Al-Nibari, Consular Affairs Officer in Egypt Muhammad Al-Hussan, Diplomatic Attaché Ahmed Al-Sabti, and Diplomatic Attaché Abdulaziz Al-Rashidi.
