Kuwait Regulates Cemetery Hours With Morning and Evening Burial Slots

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 20: Deputy Director General of Kuwait Municipality for Municipal Services Sector, Mishal Al-Azmi, has issued a circular regarding the official timings for the burial of the deceased.

According to the directive, starting tomorrow (Sunday), burials will be held in two fixed time slots:

Morning session: at 9:00 a.m.
Evening session: immediately after the Asr (afternoon) prayer.

The circular comes within the framework of organizing burial procedures across cemeteries in the country to ensure uniformity, ease of scheduling, and better facilitation for families during funeral arrangements.
