KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: Kuwait beat Saudi Arabia 2-1 to qualify for finals of the Asian Football Confederation’s (AFC) Under-23 Asia Cup, which will be held next year in Uzbekistan. Kuwait’s goals in the match held in Uzbekistan came through Eid and Yousef Al-Rashidi, while Fares Al-Rubaikan scored for Saudi Arabia. With the win, Kuwait officially qualify to the tournament regardless of what happens in the Group D’s matches. Last Wednesday, Kuwait beat Bangladesh 1-0, (KUNA).
