BARKA, Oman, Nov 1: Kuwait’s national mounted archery team has officially qualified for the Archery World Cup, finishing second behind Saudi Arabia in the qualifiers held at Al-Rahba Farm in Barka, Oman.

Hani Al-Fassam, head of the Kuwaiti team, described the achievement as the result of teamwork, dedication, and meticulous preparation. “Our second-place finish reflects intensive training, careful planning, and the sacrifices made by our riders. This is not just chance—it is the outcome of collective effort, and the team is now celebrating a well-earned victory,” he said.

Al-Fassam noted that the qualifiers were highly competitive, with all seven participating nations vying for World Cup spots. Despite the intensity, the event maintained a friendly and sportsmanlike atmosphere.
