KUWAIT CITY, Jan 15: His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait, received His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of the Holy See, along with his accompanying delegation, at Bayan Palace today during their official visit to the country. The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.
During the discussions, both sides reviewed bilateral relations and explored areas of cooperation between Kuwait and the Vatican, in addition to addressing a number of issues of common interest.
Also present at the meeting were the Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, Abdulaziz Dakhil Al-Dakhil, and the Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs, Ambassador Sadiq Mohammed Marafi.
