Jahra Governor discusses plans for the cultural season at the Red Palace with the Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture.

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: Jahra Governor Hamad Al-Habashi met with Dr. Mohammad Al-Jassar, Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL), to discuss arrangements for the upcoming cultural season in Jahra Governorate, set to launch at the historic Red Palace in November.
