KUWAIT CITY, May 5: The Public Security Sector, under the direction of Major General Hamad Al-Munaifi, has ordered the confiscation of 17 bottles of imported liquor and referred the suspect to the General Administration for Drug Control.
The action followed a report from the Farwaniya Security Directorate, which said a patrol arrested an Arab expatriate found in possession of the bottles. During questioning, the suspect admitted to trading in imported alcohol and delivering it to customers.
Authorities confirmed that legal procedures are underway as part of ongoing efforts to combat illegal activities and enforce public safety laws in the country.
