Kuwait Oil Minister Praises Firefighters’ “Heroic Role” at KNPC, KIPIC and KAFCO

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 2: Kuwait’s Minister of Oil and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Tariq Sulaiman Al-Roumi, conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the political leadership to firefighters working across the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC), and Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company (KAFCO).

The remarks came during a visit to several oil sector sites on Thursday, accompanied by KPC Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Nawaf Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah. The delegation was received by KNPC CEO Engineer Wadha Ahmed Al-Khatib, along with several deputy CEOs and senior officials.

Officials praised the firefighters for their dedication and “heroic role” in protecting lives and property, highlighting their continued commitment to national duty. The leadership expressed pride in the oil sector teams and prayed for the continued safety and security of Kuwait, its leadership, citizens, and residents.
