KUWAIT CITY, Dec 3:  This evening, Kuwait Oil Company reported a minor fire incident on the Al-Shuala line outside Assembly Point No. 1 in the southern and eastern regions of Kuwait. The situation was swiftly brought under control, and there was no impact on production operations. According to a press statement, the minor blaze erupted during maintenance activities conducted by the contractor's employees, resulting in 14 workers being injured. Those injured were promptly shifted to specialized hospitals for necessary medical care.

The assembly point was completely isolated during the maintenance work. The teams responsible for handling such incidents, including ambulance, firefighting, operations, and other support teams, responded promptly, following established procedures and plans. Importantly, production operations in the region remained unaffected and continued as per the predetermined plans. Kuwait Oil Company emphasized its commitment to ensuring the safety of its operations and personnel, with immediate response measures in place to address and resolve such situations efficiently.
