KUWAIT CITY, Dec 12: Kuwait needs visionaries and decision-makers as statesmen. The absence of such stalwarts will add years of neglect and hesitation to the already bruised nation and everything will come to a standstill. The country needs men who neither shiver when taking decisions nor get intimidated by a tweet here or a shriek there from ignorant people.
