Kuwait Navy to Conduct Live-Fire Exercises on June 23-24

KUWAIT CITY, Jun 22: The Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations of the Kuwait Army announced that the Naval Force will conduct live-fire exercises on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 23-24, 2026 .

The exercises will take place from 5:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the designated maritime firing range.

According to the announcement, the training area is located 16.5 nautical miles east of Ras Al-Julaiah, to Qaru Island, and 6 nautical miles east of Ras Al-Zour, to Umm Al-Maradim Island .

The Directorate urged citizens, residents, seagoers, fishermen and recreational boaters to avoid approaching the area during the exercise period.

It said the warning was issued to ensure the safety of all members of the public while the live-fire drills are underway.
