KUWAIT CITY, Feb 26: During the national holiday celebrations, Kuwait Municipality intensified its inspection efforts across various governorates and densely populated areas, as well as camps, farms, chalets, beaches, and public parks. Municipal inspectors worked diligently to prevent any negative incidents from tarnishing the festivities, resulting in the seizure of 748 cartons of foam sprays, 315 cartons of water guns, and 1,339 pieces of fireworks.

Supervisory teams were also successful in apprehending 17 food trucks and groceries for violations, as well as 78 street vendors. Additionally, they removed 45 vehicles and road occupants, along with 55 motorcycles. These actions were in line with the directives of Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, the Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, and were conducted under the direct supervision of Eng. Saud Al-Dabbous, the Director General of Kuwait Municipality.

She stressed the need for continuous monitoring of cleanliness standards and business operations, highlighting the commitment to ensuring that national celebrations proceed smoothly and safely for all participants.
